Our Money Back Guarantee policy lasts 30 days. Please call 720-252-1453 to request a RMA (Return Material Authorization number).  We will refund your full purchase price, including the shipping you paid at the time of purchase.  You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

We recommend that you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

Should your cane have a manufacturing defect, we will pay for the shipping costs of your return. To initiate an exchange based on a quality issue, please call 720-252-1453.
